FOR the FOODIES

Our recipes tell stories. But not those intimidating chef stories. I mean the gentle, everyday stories that unfold around your kitchen table. Like when the fussy eater asks for seconds of that sneaky veggie pasta, and teenagers linger after dinner instead of disappearing, and you realise you've just served something nourishing and delicious without any of the usual teatime battles. These are the stories we cherish.

Like sunday pancakes and bedtime stories, we believe feeding your family well should feel like love, not like work.

Six years as a London nanny taught me everything about real family eating—the fussy phases, the dinner table negotiations, the magic of getting children excited about good food. It's where I learned that nourishment happens best with patience, creativity, and a bit of fun. Now a nutritionist of five years and new mum to one-month-old Lila, I'm seeing family food through fresh eyes again. My recipes blend the comfort food I grew up with and the vibrant Indian spices my husband brought to our kitchen—all with a focus on whole foods that actually taste like something you'd want to eat. I believe in butter when it matters, vegetables that don't hide in shame, and that the healthiest meal is the one that brings everyone together. Because at the end of the day, food is love. Let's keep it that way.
