Super quick to make and a healthier alternative to regular flapjack. If your child wants to get involved they could choose some fruit or nuts to add.

- 300 g Rolled Oats
- 70 g Coconut Oil melted
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 Bananas mashed
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- a handful Raspberries
Add your oats to a blender and pulse for a few seconds, you want about half of them to become more finely ground. Add them to a mixing bowl.
Melt your coconut oil and honey together over a medium heat. Add in the mashed banana and combine.
Add the oil/banana mixture and the cinnamon to the mixing bowl with the oats and combine.
Add in the raspberries and stir again.
Add to a small lined baking tray and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. You should have around 10 squares.
