We use this recipe most when there's left over chicken to be used up, but it's also worth cooking chicken for. Another really quick and easy recipe that will always go down well.

- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 500g La Famiglia Pan Fry Gnocchi I like to use the spinach or pumpkin ones
- half a Courgette grated
- 4 tbsp Pesto
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese or greek yoghurt
- a tsp Butter or Olive Oil
Wrap your chicken breasts in some tin foil with a little butter for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C.
Pan fry your gnocchi with the butter for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
Add in your grated courgette, squeeze out any excess liquid before adding.
After a few minutes shred your chicken and add.
Stir in your pesto and cream cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
