Ready in just three hours and so simple to make, these are the perfect warm weather treat. Packed with vitamins, protein from the yoghurt and some good minerals and fats from the almond butter these are as good as they are delicious. Here I used a mould from Liewood that I bought from Mama + Max, but any mould would work!
Prep Time 4 minutes mins
Cook Time 3 hours hrs
- half cup Frozen Berries we used a mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
- half cup Yoghurt we used an Oatly strawberry one
- a tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup honey or agave nectar would work too, although no honey for under 1's!
Add all of your ingredients to a blender until smooth. If the mixture is too stiff you can add a splash of milk.
Pour into your moulds.
Freeze for at least three hours.
Depending on the mould you used you might need to use a little warm water so that they come out easily, but pop out and enjoy! Served best with some sun and fresh air 🙂
