Honestly the best part of these is the smell while they're cooking, but they do make pretty great snacks too. They're a great source of fibre and potassium (good for regulating the balance of fluid and maintaining blood pressure).
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 1 hr 30 mins
- a Banana
- 2 tbsp Water
- half tbsp Lemon Juice
- a tsp Ground Cinnamon
Finely slice your banana, about as thin as you can without them breaking apart. One banana should make around 30 slices.
Lay these on a tray lined with baking powder.
Combine your water and lemon juice and gently brush on to the banana.
Sprinkle on your cinnamon and place in your preheated oven at 120C for an hour and a half – very gently turn them half way. Most of them you will have to carefully peel to lift and turn.
Allow to cool and serve!
