Begin by mashing your banana thoroughly and whisking in your two eggs.
Next, add in your flour and milk and mix until combined to a smooth batter - banana lumps are ok. Add a pan with some coconut oil (or vegetable oil/butter) to a medium heat.
Add a heaped spoon of your batter to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes before gently flipping for a further 2 minutes. If they begin to brown too much lower your heat.
Notes
These could easily have chia, flax, berries etc added to them, and be topped with a range of different things - depending on taste and/or nutritional requirements.
