- 2 cups Spelt Flour
- a tbsp Baking Powder
- an Egg
- a cup Milk Nut milk also works
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- a tbsp Chia Seeds
- a handful Blueberries
In a large bowl combine your flour and baking powder.
In a separate bowl beat together your milk, egg, honey and coconut oil.
Combine the two bowls and mix in your chia seeds and blueberries.
Add to your muffin/cupcake cases and place in a preheated oven at 180C for 18 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
