Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Spelt Flour
  • a tbsp Baking Powder
  • an Egg
  • a cup Milk Nut milk also works
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • a tbsp Chia Seeds
  • a handful Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine your flour and baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl beat together your milk, egg, honey and coconut oil.
  • Combine the two bowls and mix in your chia seeds and blueberries.
  • Add to your muffin/cupcake cases and place in a preheated oven at 180C for 18 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
