Instructions
Pulse together your honey, milk and 1/2 cup of fruit. * I only did this for a few seconds as I wanted the fruit to be lumpy and not completely blended in
Combine this with the chia seeds in a bowl and whisk for a minute.
After about 5 minutes whisk in your yoghurt.
Leave for between 30 minutes and an hour until thick and gloopy.
Serve and top with any extra fruit.
Notes
Extra toppings could include desiccated coconut, a crumbled biscuit, nut butter, another spoon of yoghurt, or a little extra honey.
