One of my favourite recipes on here, and all made by Leo!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk dairy or nut milk
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Fruit, blended Leo chose strawberries, blueberries and mango
  • a tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt dairy or alternative
  • a handful Fruit to top Leo chose kiwi, orange and banana

Instructions
 

  • Pulse together your honey, milk and 1/2 cup of fruit. * I only did this for a few seconds as I wanted the fruit to be lumpy and not completely blended in
  • Combine this with the chia seeds in a bowl and whisk for a minute.
  • After about 5 minutes whisk in your yoghurt.
  • Leave for between 30 minutes and an hour until thick and gloopy.
  • Serve and top with any extra fruit.

Notes

Extra toppings could include desiccated coconut, a crumbled biscuit, nut butter, another spoon of yoghurt, or a little extra honey.
