These are a great alternative to chicken goujons, and also a delicious way to serve some fresh salmon. You could serve them with a nice dip and some potato wedges, or as part of a salad or picnic-style meal.

- 2 Salmon Fillets  without skin, you can easily slice this off 
 - half  a cup Bread Crumbs
 - 3 tbsp Milk
 - 2 tbsp Plain Flour
 
 
Slice your salmon fillets into eight chunks.
Add your bread crumbs, milk and flour into 3 bowls. 
Dip each one in the flour and then into the mik. 
Place the chunk in the breadcrumbs and coat them. 
Place the goujons on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving and enjoy!
