Instructions
Peel and dice your butternut squash, cover this with the olive oil and rosemary and bake at 180C for 35 minutes.
Sauté your mushrooms, garlic, butter and nutritional yeast over a medium/low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the buckwheat and 1 1/4 cups of water. Continue to cook for 10 minutes until soft and thick.
Mix your mince, apple and onion. Shape into balls and fry for a few minutes per side.
Add to a tray and finish at 180C for 20 minutes.
