Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken Mince I use the Heck one
  • an Egg
  • an Apple grated, juice squeezed out
  • 1/2 Onion grated
  • 1/2 Carrot grated

Instructions
 

  • Add your mince, egg, grated apple, onion and carrot to a bowl and mix.
  • Shape into balls and place on a lined baking tray.
  • Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
