I wanted to make a sheet dish that you could have ready in 15 minutes, perfect for lighter meals and when the weather is a little warmer. This could also easily be taken in Tupperware for on-the-go meals or picnics.

Ingredients
  

  • a Sheet of Pizza Dough you can find this in most supermarkets (or follow my Pizza dough recipe on here)
  • 150 g Nush Almond Chive Cheese Spread or regular cream cheese, or boursin
  • a cup Mushrooms diced
  • a handful Spinach chopped (or wild garlic if you can find it)
  • 2 tbsp Pesto

Instructions
 

  • Spread your cream cheese over the dough sheet.
  • Sprinkle on your mushrooms and spinach.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 13-15 minutes.
  • Drizzle over your pesto, allow to cool and serve!
