The easiest baked porridge recipe with a carrot cake twist. Packed with nutritious ingredients, this is so simple to make. I topped with some coconut yoghurt and an extra drizzle of agave nectar (maple syrup would also work), which tasted just like carrot cake icing. So delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • a Banana mashed
  • a cup Milk
  • a cup Rolled Oats
  • a medium Carrot finely grated
  • a tbsp Chia Seeds
  • a tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • a tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Agave Nectar or honey, or maple syrup

Optional toppings

  • a tbsp, or two Coconut Yoghurt
  • a tsp Extra agave nectar to drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Add your mashed banana, oats, carrot, milk, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon and honey to an oven dish and combine.
  • Place in your preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
  • Top with anything you fancy, I like to use coconut yoghurt and extra agave nectar (or honey) to give the feel of carrot cake icing.
  • Serve and enjoy!
