This is a fun recipe to get the kids involved with, they can help measure out and add all the ingredients. Adding the blueberries, banana and fig etc.. is great for fine motor skills and you can count the blueberries in for a bit of number and addition practice. With some great ingredients this a perfect cooling summer snack and really good for your digestion.

Ingredients
  

  • a Fig
  • a tbsp Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Blueberries
  • half a Banana
  • a tbsp Flax/Hemp Seeds I buy the organic Linwoods ones
  • a tbsp Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar or Honey for over 1's
  • 3 tbsp Kefir Yoghurt Dairy free works great too

Instructions
 

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture between your lolly moulds and freeze for at least three hours - enjoy!
