Ingredients
  

  • 125g Butter
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 250g Rolled Oats
  • a tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • a handful Blueberries
  • 2 handfuls Raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Melt your butter and honey together over a low heat until you have a syrup consistency.
  • In a large bowl add your oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and berries.
  • Pour the melted butter and honey into the bowl with the oats, stir until combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a lined baking dish and press down with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes, it'll turn a nice golden brown.
  • Allow to cool, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and enjoy!
